Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please review our shipping options below:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened food storage containers and kitchenware
  • Personal office supplies (such as desk organizers used with cosmetics or personal items)
  • Any products without original packaging or tags

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timing & Method

After we approve your refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

To expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
