Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Opened food storage containers and kitchenware
- Personal office supplies (such as desk organizers used with cosmetics or personal items)
- Any products without original packaging or tags
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

USA - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:
- Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
To expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return separately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
